Nelson has played vital roles on client engagement teams throughout his career. Before joining PVG, Nelson worked for Analysis Group, an economic consulting firm providing expertise in finance, analytics, and strategy. At Analysis Group, Nelson developed financial and statistical models for some of the nation’s top law firms and Fortune 500 companies while also playing a central role in advancing the firm’s pro bono practice. He primarily focused on cases related to securities & financial products, company valuation, energy & environment, and public policy. Outside of work, Nelson has served as a board member and project consultant for Develop Africa, a U.S.-based nonprofit focused on sustainable development in West Africa.

Nelson graduated from Stanford University, earning a BA in Economics. His interests include playing soccer, exploring nature with friends and family, streaming a wide selection of TV shows, and supporting development projects in Sierra Leone. He lives in his hometown city of Indianapolis, IN.
